Chemical Products Notice

These items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing.

Shipping Areas

We ship globally but are currently unable to deliver to Asia and some remote locations. If you have questions about delivery to your region, please contact us before placing your order.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is incorrect or defective

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Algae Control Products & Kits
• Algae Treatments
• Aquatic Algaecides
• Aquatic Herbicides
• Aquatic Weed Control Products
• Any opened or used chemicals

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. Wait for approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Securely package the item with the RMA number inside
5. Ship to: Aquavista Shop Returns, 1995 Nash Street, Burr Ridge, US 60527

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Aquavista Shop or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
