  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges

  • Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is incorrect or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
